![]() ![]() ![]() Most of the bugs i have seen were caused by the FPS going over 60. The easy way is to turn on V-sync, but this caused the framerate to be at 30 and caused the game to have late responses on controls. Physics issues, game events poorly triggering and syncing, and some issues about invisible wall on chapter 1 and Mercer on CH5.I've been able to solve most of the game poor port problems and i'm just giving some info about this if anyone want to try it. Please don't tell me to connect a XBOX 360 controller, if I wanted that I would have purchased the XBOX version of the game.So i've been replaying Dead Space 1 on PC which is in summary, somewhat unstable compared to the consoles versions (I used to play on PS3 a long time ago). I have managed to fight my way through these menus to start the game but then I get the uncontrolled spinning right after the first movie. Another issue I have is the first couple of menus are essentially unuseable, they float half off screen in the bottom of the display, when the mouse is moved to the menu it jumps back into view but tthen immediately goes back to the bottom of the screen. I cannot control the main character so the game is unplayable. I've unplugged a USB game controller, killed the controllers management program. ![]() However, I have purchased and downloaded Dead Space 2 through Origin and have the spinning issue that having joypad.txt in the Dead Space 2 folder does not solve. I did manage to solve it by adding a file called joypad.txt to the Dead Space folder in My Documents. I downloaded Dead Space through Origin recently and had the uncontrolled spin problem. ![]()
